In Webex classrooms, the Microsoft Windows Display settings are set to "Extend Display". Anything on the All-In-One PC screen is for your eyes only. Any application dragged or moved to the Wacom Drawing Monitor will be seen by your students and attendees. When you put PowerPoint into Presentation Mode, your notes will stay on the PC screen, while the presentation is displayed to the Wacom Drawing Monitor and the other Webex Displays.

1. If the computer is not already displaying on the screens, go to the Webex Tablet and press the Share Screen button.

2. Next, look for the Instructor Station section and touch the white View button.

3. You should now see the Wacom Drawing Monitor and its contents on the Webex Displays.

4. Next, open any additional desktop software which you wish to use (PowerPoint, HoverCam, Microsoft Whiteboard, Internet Browser, etc) and then drag or move the application to the Wacom Drawing Monitor's screen. If you need to annotate in Microsoft Whiteboard or PowerPoint, use the Wacom Drawing Monitor and Wacom pen.
