Prerequisite:

You must already have a Webex meeting already created/scheduled.
You must have your meeting number and Host PIN in your possession before using the room.
In 25Live, you must book the room so you will not encounter any accidental double bookings.
Do not launch the Webex Desktop App from the Instructor Station since you are hosting the meeting from the Navigator Tablet.
Please note that by hosting from the Navigator tablet, you will lose the chat feature in your virtual meeting.

1. On the Navigator tablet, touch the Webex icon.

2. Touch the .?123 button to change the keyboard layout so you can type numbers.

3. Enter your meeting number and click Join.

4. Touch Yes to confirm that you are the Host.

5. Enter your Host PIN followed by #, or followed by the Enter button.

The Host PIN can be found in your meeting details in your Webex dashboard located at webex.fscj.edu. You can also find the Host PIN in your Host email confirmation.

6. You are now hosting your meeting from the Webex Classroom and you are awaiting your remote attendees to join virtually or other attendees to walk into the room.

7. If you are ready to share content shown from the Wacom Drawing Monitor, go back to the Navigator tablet and touch the Share button.

8. Under Instructor Station, touch the Share in call button to begin sharing the Wacom Drawing Monitor on the displays.

9. Drag any applications or documents to the Wacom Drawing Monitor screen to have it displayed in your room and in the virtual meeting to the attendees.

10. To stop sharing your screen, go back to the Navigator tablet and touch the Hide button under Instructor Station.
