Using the Polling Feature

As a meeting presenter, you can use a poll to create and share questionnaires. Polls can be useful for gathering feedback, taking votes, or testing knowledge.

To use the polling feature within your Meeting or Breakout Session, click the More Panels button then select Polling.

Once within the Polling panel, you'll see options that will allow you to (1) Add a question, add an answer, mark an answer as correct, edit, delete, and move questions up or down. Once you've typed in the questions and answers to your poll, (2) decide whether or not you would like to view individual responses, then click Open Poll to present the poll questions to the meeting participants. Here, you can also Clear All polling questions if you would like to start over or begin a new poll. Use the Open and Save buttons (3) to open a set of saved questions or to save the set of polling questions you created for future use. Prior to opening the poll, you may also change the Polling Options (4) to display or hide the amount of time remaining to participate in the poll.
